- Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including system maintenance, backups, network monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Install, upgrade, and support hardware, software, and business applications.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and security controls to safeguard company information assets.
- Support cybersecurity awareness programmes and promote information security best practices across the organisation.
- Assist in DR / BCP, and related documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in system administration, IT infrastructure support, or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
