- Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and network security systems.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Troubleshoot network-related incidents and perform root cause analysis to minimize service disruptions.
- Support network design, implementation, and enhancement projects across corporate and production environments.
- Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, structured cabling, and network documentation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to deliver technology initiatives.
- Perform system patching, configuration management, and technology lifecycle upgrades.
- Support security controls and compliance requirements, including access management, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL best practices.
- Provide on-call support when required for critical incidents and maintenance activities.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network infrastructure, system administration, or IT infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Enterprise switching and routing
- VPN technologies
- Firewalls and network security solutions
- Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Microsoft 365 and cloud-based infrastructure
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Exposure to financial services, banking, insurance, or regulated industries is an advantage.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure governance, security controls, and operational processes.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
- Enterprise network migration or transformation projects.
- Multi-site network support across Hong Kong and regional offices.
- Cybersecurity controls, network hardening, and endpoint security solutions.
- Collaboration with regional infrastructure teams and external service providers.
- Experience supporting mission-critical environments with high availability requirements.
