Norman Broadbent hires Korn/Ferry executive
Bailey was previously business development director and a member of the founding team of rival global search firm Korn/Ferry international's internet-based recruitment arm, Futurestep.
He also worked in search in Korn/Ferry's advanced technology practice, and has over eight years' experience in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) recruitment industry in the UK and Europe.
Norman Broadbent has also hired James Roberts as a senior consultant in its interim management practice. Roberts spent five years with Computer Futures, a European IT recruitment company, and also launched an on-line recruitment firm of his own.
Most recently he worked with Robert Walters to establish their interim management company, Interim Leaders.
The hires come after a troubled period for Norman Broadbent's parent company, BNB Resources. In February this year it raised 3m from existing shareholders in a move it described as essential for its finances.
A month later the managing director of Norman Broadbent International, Jonathan Dancy, left the company. He was replaced by Doug Bugie, formerly managing director of the Humana recruitment firm, who took on the newly created title of CEO of Norman Broadbent.
