VTB Capital's first ever international graduate recruits are arriving soon

In just over one month's time, the first ever international graduate recruits will arrive at VTB Capital.

As part of its push to expand internationally, VTB has hired a class of 33 graduate hires who will train in its London and Moscow offices.

In a programme similar to that run by many big international banks, VTB's graduate trainees will arrive in London on September 1st and complete 7 weeks of classroom training. Thereafter, they'll have four 12 week rotations in VTB's different divisions - Global Markets, Research or Structuring and Global Banking.

At the end of the 16 month programme, VTB will decide whether to take the graduates on full time or not.
