How is that Alfa Bank reported record annual profits, and yet its employees have reportedly received no bonus?

There may be some unhappy people at Alfa Bank's investment banking division. Bloomberg reports (via FinParty), that Alfa Bank's board have decided not to award any bonuses at all to employees in the investment bank.

This is despite the fact that Alfa Bank reported record annual profits for 2011 a few weeks ago. Something seems unfair.
