Because your guy in India can't run upstairs to the trading floor to fix things for your traders immediately.

    I would have answered that I would have expected him to do it before requesting interview.

    no need to run through floors any more, just use little technology..

    its not always required to be physical present in front of the person to fix a problem, unless its a heart attack :-) LOL
