Our client is an independent statutory body established by the government to regulate the securities and futures markets.
Your new role
- Provide daily general office and logistics support to all departments.
- Handle filing and perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Prepare purchase orders and process bill payments.
- Assist the Procurement team in collecting quotations from vendors, coordinating supplier communications, and following up on procurement-related documentation.
- Support invoice verification and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate timely invoice processing and payment.
- Offer clerical and administrative support to the Planning & Administration Department.
- Manage document scanning, filing, and indexing to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Undertake any additional ad hoc assignments as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Completed secondary education (Form 5 or DSE) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in office administration, procurement support, invoice processing, or accounts payable functions is an advantage.
- Strong telephone etiquette with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle ad hoc tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player able to work under pressure.
- High sense of responsibility with strong integrity.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
