A top tier investment bank is looking for an ECM Associate/ VP to join the team.

Your new role

• Lead the execution of equity capital markets transactions.
• Advise corporate clients on capital raising strategies, market conditions, valuation considerations and transaction structuring.
• Manage IPOs, follow-on offerings, prepare and deliver client presentations, market updates, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
• Monitor capital markets activity, investor sentiment and sector trends to identify financing opportunities.
• Work closely with Investment Banking Coverage, Syndicate, Sales, Trading, Research, Legal and Compliance teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of ECM experience within banks/ financial institutions
• Excellent command of English
