Our client is a reputable European bank with a strong international presence. The Hong Kong office serves as a regional IT hub supporting local and overseas offices across Asia.

Your new role
Provide 1st line IT support for end-users, hardware, software, and network issues.

• Support banking applications and platforms including SWIFT, Bloomberg, Reuters, and core banking systems.
• Manage user access, IT assets, system monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Perform daily operational checks, reconciliations, and system health monitoring.
• Prepare IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Liaise with Head Office, vendors, and service providers on incidents, upgrades, and projects.

  What you'll need to succeed
  

What you'll get in return

• 4+ years' experience in IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or System Administration.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and enterprise IT support.
• Exposure to SWIFT, Bloomberg, Reuters, AS400, or banking applications is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English.
