Hays Technology is partnering with a large and complex organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide digital transformation to recruit an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead.
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile Modern ERP Program that will transform business processes, improve employee experiences, and establish a future-ready SAP S/4HANA platform. The program is focused on delivering simplified processes, improved workforce efficiency, enhanced reporting and analytics, and a more connected digital operating environment.
Your new role
- Deliver change management strategies aligned to program objectives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness activities.
- Conduct change impact assessments and manage adoption risks.
- Support leaders through transformation and drive employee engagement.
- Monitor adoption outcomes, training completion and readiness metrics.
- Develop executive reports, presentations and change communications.
- Embed sustainable change and support a successful transition to business-as-usual.
- 10+ years' experience in change management and business transformation.
- Proven success delivering large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs.
- Experience within HCM, HR, Payroll and/or workforce-related change initiatives.
- Previous exposure to Payroll and/or SAP Fieldglass implementations.
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies including Prosci ADKAR and Kotter.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Desirable Experience
- Prosci Change Management Certification or similar.
- SAP Activate methodology experience.
- SAP S/4HANA Payroll and/or SAP Fieldglass implementation experience.
- Experience within large, complex or highly regulated environments.
