We're partnering with a large, complex organisation undertaking a significant Modern ERP transformation. This business-critical program will modernise operational processes, strengthen asset management practices, improve master data governance and deliver long-term capability uplift across the organisation.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced ERP Business Readiness Lead to play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption and embedding of new ERP-enabled ways of working across a diverse operational workforce.
Your new role
Reporting into the transformation program, you will be responsible for leading business readiness, process improvement, documentation, training and change activities that support the successful implementation of a Modern ERP platform.
You will work closely with operational stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to develop sustainable business processes, build workforce capability and drive successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the review, redesign and standardisation of business processes to support ERP implementation.
- Developing process maps, operating procedures and documentation using BPMN 2.0 and SAP Signavio.
- Driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.
- Creating technical documentation, work instructions, user guides and governance artefacts.
- Designing and delivering training programs and capability uplift initiatives.
- Supporting alignment of business processes with ISO 55000 Asset Management principles.
- Improving asset master data quality, governance and integrity.
- Facilitating workshops and translating operational requirements into practical ERP-enabled solutions.
- Supporting testing, business validation and implementation activities.
- Establishing process governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices to sustain long-term benefits.
- Proven experience delivering ERP, digital transformation or business improvement initiatives within complex operational environments.
- Strong business process analysis, redesign and optimisation capabilities.
- Advanced experience with BPMN 2.0 process modelling methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using SAP Signavio or similar process management tools.
- Strong understanding of change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness practices.
- Exceptional written communication and technical documentation skills.
- Experience developing procedures, operating models, work instructions and user guides.
- Experience designing and delivering training and capability development programs.
- Knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles and asset lifecycle management practices.
- Experience supporting asset master data governance and information management initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Asset Management, Engineering, Organisational Change or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
