In finance, all eyes are on an impending court case involving boutique bank centerview partners. Former intern Kathryn Shiber is looking for $5m in damages over the way she was treated when joining the bank as an analyst. 

Shiber was willing to work up to 98 hour weeks but that wasn't enough for Centerview. It's the way she wanted to work those hours that the bank disagreed with the most. Watch the video below to find out why.
