The technology skills reshaping the future of finance

Technology recruitment in the finance sector has been consistently strong in 2021, driven by the growing needs of digital transformation programmes. Of all the job functions within financial services, technology has the highest proportion (35%) of vacancies posted on eFinancialCareers.
