Oops! Deutsche Bank talks proofreading...with a typo

Banks don't always practice what they preach. Take Deutsche Bank, which roughly 18 months ago posted a recruitment video to its career site and YouTube channel. The three-minute piece offers job advice to candidates, including some tips on proofreading.

"I cannot tell you how many times I have seen a cover letter addressed to a competitor. This mistake could cost you an interview," said the voice in the video. "Please make sure to proofread all communications to all firms." Then, seconds later, this sub-header below popped up. Oops.

Our German editor actually discovered the mistake over a year ago, although, to be fair, his post was in German.
