"In terms of equities, banks won't be doing much hiring after Easter this year. From our perspective, most of the hiring now is really happening in the hedge fund space, whereas hiring in banks is very limited. A lot of hedge funds are looking for good portfolio managers. They're often able to offer a better compensation package than banks and there's quite a lot of appetite to move. We expect a continuation of the shift out of banks and into hedge funds after Easter."
