"Everyone's looking for compliance and control professionals. It's all about compliance managers, risk managers and the odd COO. There's very little going on here in terms of front office hiring - and that will continue. Banks in Asia are trying to get their houses in order and to sort out their controls before they start investing in front office traders. This will continue. We foresee very little front office hiring after Easter."
