Troika Dialog has made a series of senior hires across M&A and fixed income

Back in August, Troika declared that it intended to make some hires in fixed income. Now, those hires have come through.

It's appointed Peter Holowka from Unicredit as head of electronic foreign exchange trading. Troika's also recently appointed Dean Tyler as head of international fixed income sales, Mazen Nomura as head of credit trading and Evgeny Ageshin as head of corporate sales. As ever, Troika seems to prefer people with experience outside Russia for its most senior positions - Holowa has worked in London, New York and Tokyo.

Troika's also been hiring in M&A, although in this instance it's gone for a Russia-based banker.

Financial News reports that Max Kolodkin has joined Troika from Goldman Sachs' Moscow office and will be head of the consumer and retail investment banking business. Troika's also hired Sergei Chinkis from HSBC in London to run its metals and mining team.
