Nordea is offering ‘speed dating’ for potential graduate recruits

It’s graduate recruitment season and, like other major banks, Nordea has kick-started its programme to fill up with eager students over the next couple of months.

So far, so standard. However, in a step away from the usual sort of corporate advice usually found on banks’ graduate recruitment websites, it also gives you the opportunity to ‘speed date’ recent recruits.

Sounds exciting, right? Unfortunately, the most you can do is ask them questions about the relevant work experience they had before joining, their education and information about the regular working day. Still, it looks pretty slick.

Anyone hoping to get on to Nordea’s graduate scheme also has to have more than most investment banks demand from their new recruits. As well as a Masters degree, you’ll also need at least a year’s relevant work experience and a good command of the English language.
