This is the CV of a good student, but one which is held back by a weak university and by non-EU exam qualifications. The work experience is strong, but if you want to work in an investment bank rather than a trading house, it could be stronger. If you're unable to use this CV to move directly into a graduate sales and trading role, you may want to consider an MSc in Finance course at a bigger name university. That said, your extra-curricular interests are strong and you have performed well in trading games, so clearly have a talent. Someone may be willing to give you a chance.
