The financial services firms graduates want to work for in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden

It’s no secret that financial services has suffered some reputational damage in recent years, but has this put off the new crop of graduates from a career in the sector?

Within the Nordic region, the big financial institutions still feature in the list of ‘ideal employers’ for students studying business, according to figures from Swedish research Universum, but they’re less appealing than in previous years and big international banks have slid down the rankings or disappeared altogether.

In Sweden and Norway, where arguably there are more opportunities, financial services firms still feature highly on the list.
