Where are all these jobs at Aviva in Ireland?

If you want to get a job working in insurance in Ireland, you may with to send your CV to insurance company Aviva.

As has been widely publicised this week, Aviva is going to be looking for 220 new people to work in its Galway office. It's also letting go of 540 people in Ireland over the next three years.

Unfortunately, anyone rushing to submit their CV to Aviva at this point may be a little disappointed. It's currently only advertising 9 jobs in Ireland, of which 6 are in Galway and are for 'claims specialists'. The remainder are in Dublin and are for actuaries.

The new Galway centre is to focus on claims and direct sales. More of these jobs may be released soon.
