Does VTB need to dump some traders?

VTB's been busy building its business as an international investment bank.
Now it seems that strategy may have been misguided. Bloomberg reports that UBS has downgraded VTB to its "least preferred list" on the grounds of its volatile trading income, which UBS analysts predict will decline in the second quarter.
Will VTB come to regret its strategy? Its traders need to hope not.
