These are the banks Russian students really want to work for now

Research company Universum has produced  a ranking of the organisations business and commerce students in Russia would most like to work for when they leave university.

It reveals that Russia's own banks are far more popular employers than international banks. Gazprom came top overall and there were only two banks in the top 10 (VTB and Sberbank).
