Did Irish financial services salaries really increase 8-10% in the first three months of this year?

Financial services salaries in Ireland are increasing according to recruitment firm Robert Walters. As financial services businesses in Ireland became, “more assured,” of the future, it says they awarded salary increases of between 4 and 8% to their staff in the first quarter of 2012. These were accompanied by bonuses of 5-10%.
