"Within risk management, there's a lot going on counterparty exposure management, especially risk management on CVA (credit valuation adjustment) desks. Here, banks are looking for people with good product knowledge from a market risk perspective. They're especially interested in people with an interest rates or FX background, but people with good market risk experience across all product areas will be wanted."
