Financial Services has been declared by far the largest securities brokerage house in the UAE.

Combined trading records from the Abu Dhabi Securities Market and Dubai Financial Market indicate that it has a more than 8% market share of the securities traded across the UAE so far this year.

What does it take to get a job there? ADFS's own website indicates that its senior staff are all Arabs who've either been educated overseas or have spent some time working in international financial centres like New York. It may also help to be an Emirati: ADFS's parent, the National Bank of Abu Dhabi won an award for its levels of Emiterisation last year.  50% of senior managers across the bank are Emiratis.
