After 5 years working in Ireland's vibrant fund administration sector, this is how much you will earn as a fund accountant

Your shelves will be a little bare

Ireland's banks may be making redundancies, but fund administrators continue to create jobs. Last year, there were 1,200 net new jobs added in Ireland's funds industry according to the Irish Funds Industry Association.

Unfortunately, these jobs are not especially well paid. The new salary survey from Robert Walters suggests that even after five years in the industry, the average Irish fund accountant earns no more than €55k.
