How important is loyalty to you?
Answer given:
Loyalty is very important in the business and with the human resources as well. There is a massive impact of customer or employee loyalty in the financial viability of the business. Companies must ensure and make ways to gain the loyalty of the people who work for it. As an employee it is also my duty to be loyal to the company that I work for.
Question:
What do you expect from the company?
Answer given:
I expect that as a team player my inputs will be acknowledged . I expect that in my career growth the efforts that I will put into the company will be supported. I expect the company to have faith and confidence in me.
Question:
What is your opinion on the economic climate at the moment?
Answer given:
Despite the Euro crunch and what happened to Greece, businesses are moving forward. Slowly we are on the road to recovery. Yes, there has been moments of difficulty and companies closing down or making their staff redundant but there has been quite a positive driving force as businesses starts to open and banks are slowly beginning to lend money again.

What is the career path you would like to follow?
Answer given:
If I am fortunate enough to join this Graduate Scheme, I would like to carry on with my Chartered Accountants Qualification. I believe this is a very good stepping stone for a bright future in Finance.

What is your strength?
Answer given:
To be quite honest, I am very resilient and I never give up. When a task is given to me, I try to get to the bottom of it. I have a very good fighting spirit.
