Tell us the trickiest interview question you've ever been asked...and you might win an iPad

We're inviting you to email us the most challenging job interview question you've ever had the displeasure of answering.

And we're giving away an iPad (as per the rules below) to the person whose question we think is better than all the rest.

Moreover, we'll also be publishing this winning question (anonymously) on eFinancialCareers - along with several others which catch our eye - and inviting readers to comment on how they would have replied.

To enter the competition, email apac.editor@efinancialcareers.com with the subject heading "interview question".

Please make your emails as detailed as possible and provide information under all seven of these headings:

1) The position/job function you were interviewing for (it must be in financial services)

2) The type of financial institution

3) The question in as much detail as you can muster

4) Your reply

5) A better response you would have liked to have said in hindsight

6) Whether or not you got the job

7) The country where you currently live

Rules

· Closing date for interview question submissions: 29 July 2011.

· Entrants must currently reside in Australia, Hong Kong or Singapore. No entries from any other country please.

· Entrants must provide information under all seven headings above.

· Entrants' interview questions will only be published anonymously.

· eFinancialCareers will choose the best single question from Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore entries, and ONE winner will be awarded a new iPad2 16 GB.

· No cash alternative can be substituted for the prize.

· The winner will be notified by email on 1 August 2011.
