A selection of the highest paying roles in banking technology

Throughout last year salaries for technologists working in investment banks were on the up. So much so that many of you may be wondering what the market rate for your role is currently.

Recruiters Hudson have helpfully provided us with a copy of their 2011 banking IT salary guide. It's rather extensive, coming in at 22 pages, so we're unable to reproduce a comprehensive list of salaries for all technology roles.

Instead, we've selected those roles where you're able to earn the most in banking IT (at the senior end), separated according to Hudson's classifications. The figures don't include bonuses or salaries for very senior ranking techies.
