You look like a really intelligent guy but qualifications are not the be all. In fact, I think qualifications are not representive of competence. The problem is, to me you sound like you have no charisma. What I have realised is that you need more personality than qualifications. My brother has superb networking ability and has befriended the right people at the biggest companies in the world which has helped undoubtedly even though he has does not have you qualifications. My advice, network.

UNLIKELY ALSO THAT YOU ARE GOINT GET FMA (U LOOK TOO EXPENSIVE/OLD). STAY WHERE YOU ARE AND GET TWO YEARS AT LEAST IN ONE JOB UNDER YOUR BELT. ONCE YOU HAVE THIS TRY AND MOVE TO SIMILAR ROLE TO THE ONE YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN. BUT WORKING FOR A HF OR ASSET MANAGER. THEN STAY IN THAT AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS. BE VERY GOOD AT WHAT YOU DO AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE WELL NETWORKED INTERNALLY HAVE GOOD INTERNAL PR. THEN TRY AND MAKE YOUR MOVE - INTERNALLY. IF IT AINT HAPPENING BY THEN GIVE UP AND FOCUS ON COO CAREER ROUTE. DON'T EXPECT PAY RISES FOR A WHILE. IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS ADVICE THEN PLEASE MOVE ON AND LEAVE THE INDUSTRY.

Do not start your post with "right now".

Using American terminology makes you look like a simpleton. Ditto for "can I get", asking for something "To go" or asking somebody to "do the math". I like Americans but they do have a tendancy to use silly expressions. Most also have dreadful table manners. Nearly married one once but she was obsessed with her weight so I knocked it on the head.

I didnt get past the "right now" opening so ignore if you are an American. Then again...
