eFinancialCareers Gulf is hoping that you, the candidate, can tell us (and your fellow readers) what it's really like in the Middle Eastern employment market.

Never mind what recruiters and HR people think, we want financial-sector employees and job seekers to write (anonymous) columns about their careers. Give us the gossip on the good, the bad and the simply frustrating aspects of looking for work in 2011.
