Goldman Sachs: 20th/21st Jan

Morgan Stanley: 20th/21st Jan

BAML: 25th Jan

Deutsche Bank: 1st week in Feb (although rumoured to have been delayed by a week)

UBS: 9th Feb

Barclays Capital: Mid Feb

BNP Paribas: End Feb

HSBC: 2nd week in March

RBS: 14 Mar

Nomura: April

Daiwa: April

Macquarie: May

NM Rothschild: May
