REVIEW MY CV: I'm a senior middle office professional and I want to move into change management

I've been searching for a new role since May. I'm looking to do senior equity derivatives middle office roles or 'change'/project/process improvement roles - still focused on equity derivatives. Can anyone give me some advice?

PROFILE

Head of Middle Office/Trade Support teams, risk aware, control focussed and proactive. A thorough knowledge of equity derivatives including Exotics, experienced in driving process improvements (an excellent understanding of front to back processes). A good communicator and results driven. A proven track record in developing people within the highest respected financial institutions.

Structured Equity Derivatives

· Created a specialised support area for Structured Equity Derivatives Desk.

· Devised a leaner and more scaleable strategy for the area, with a focus on being proactive, business focussed and risk aware (automating wherever viable, reducing operational risk and improving efficiency)

· Documented robust processes around new product issuances and retail launches.

· Developed a derivative event scheduler with IT, Product Control and desk, improving the lifecycle management capabilities of area.

· Improved the quality of MIS being presented, designed much more user friendly and intuitive reports for Senior Management and Sales.

· Successfully coordinated the migration of settlement and reconciliation functions to the back office, creating a proper segregation of duties.
