People: Citigroup Taps Two from Morgan Stanley to Lead Retail Bank

Citigroup named ex-Morgan Stanley banker Cecilia "Cece" Stewart as president of its North American retail bank. Citigroup also lured Will Howle from Morgan Stanley and named himchief operating officer of U.S. retail banking. [Bloomberg

UBS Wealth Management Americas named Todd Locicero as manager of its Los Angeles private wealth management office. [WSJ

UBS hired Thomas Jenkins and Jack Schecter as financial advisers. Combined, the two manage assets of $880 million. Jenkins will be based in Houston, while Schecter will be based in New York. [Reuters

Morgan Stanley named Paul Price as head of international sales for its $250 billion investment-management business, to be based in London. [WSJ

RBS brought Matthew Kirkby back as head of global banking for Asia Pacific. Kirkby had been working for the bank in London for the past four years. [Finance Asia
