Credit Suisse has conducted a hiring raid on its Swiss rival UBS, with two key appointments at its investment bank in Sydney. The bank has appointed Lucas Kiely as head of equity derivatives for Australia. He will be joined at Credit Suisse by UBS colleague Chelsea Wise, who will become the head of structured product sales for Australia. (The Australian)
