The News: Now Prosecutors Eye Goldman, Too
Federal prosecutors are in the early stages of an investigation into whether Goldman Sachs's mortgage trading crossed the line into criminal fraud. Though the probe was kicked off after a referred from the SEC, the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's Office is apparently looking into several issues that aren't related to the agency's civil action against Goldman.
