Financial services employers that are still hiring graduates for 2010

Ok, if you haven't found a 2010 place in an investment bank now, you will probably struggle to do so (with the possible exception of RBS). However, other places are just about still hiring, as shown below.

Royal Bank of Scotland

Programmes/vacancies still open: RBS runs 20 graduate programmes and four within Global Banking and Markets. Places are still available on a number of these, including UK Retail Business Leadership, GBM technology, group sourcing and vendor management, among others.

Number of vacancies: the bank takes on approximately 574 graduates a year and around 150 places are still to be filled.

Deadline: February 28 (unclear whether this will be extended if unfilled)

In February it also launched an "Inspired Talent" application process for graduates whose exam grades are perhaps not as high and with a greater range of online "intellectual capacity" tests.
