If you had your life over, what would you do differently?
And the answer was:
The candidate said: "I said there was very little I would change as I am very satisfied with my life and have no regrets. It was a very tough question, with bear traps all around it. I know that if I had gone down any other path it would have shown weakness or worse a dissatisfied or whinging employee. I recall thinking "is this a therapy session, and obviously we all have things we would change?" I was asked to go back for a second interview, but I politely turned the opportunity down as I had received a firm offer from another PE firm which I had wanted to join."
