A few weeks ago, we ran a roundtable event for members of the economics and finance society at UCL on 'The truth about getting a first job in investment banking.'

Students were invited to ask an assembled group of recruitment professionals and ex-bankers questions about the reality facing anyone trying to get into financial services. We made a video of their answers.
