Green Shoots Growing Taller?

The Wall Street Journal reports large and mid-size banks recently resumed hiring in a number of areas, amid heightened investor confidence and steadier financial markets.

Or, should the Journal's affirmation of the hiring uptick that eFC and others have been noting since mid-April, be read as a contrary indicator - a sign the trend has peaked and is about to roll over?
