Fidelity Capital Markets will expand its staff by 20 percent this year, and plans to open a new trading floor in midtown Manhattan. Hiring will be in equities, fixed income, sales, sales trading and prime brokerage, the unit's president, Mark Haggerty, told Advanced Trading.
