Yes. I chose Mathematics because I have always had a love for numbers and have done well in this subject previously. I chose to study a BTEC National in Business (Finance) because it would allow me to study accountancy and because I enjoy studying Business and Finance.

Why do you want to join this program as opposed to going to university?

I would like to join the school leaver program because I am certain that I wish to pursue a career in accountancy. I know that starting straight after my A levels would give my an extra three years experience and would allow me to qualify as a chartered accountant at a younger age. I believe that it is crucial to gain as much experience in accounting as possible in order to progress in my career and so this is why I believe that joining the school leaver program is the right choice for me.
