Standard Chartered Bank: Transaction banking interview (graduate)

Questions:

Describe yourself.

What are you key achievements? Describe your role in attaining them.

Are you used to working long hours?

Candidate's description of his response:

Casual, not showing too much interest yet not appearing ignorant, just enough confidence in my voice to show professional casualness, so that my negotiating power for a monetary package would be higher than normal.

Ha ha.. casual!!! ha ha. Bet you did not get the job. You have to be motivated, driven, energetic. Your passion has to shine through. Either that or go live in the dung.
