Hope all is well.
What avenues can recent grads take to get wedge into the Internal Communications or Media Relations departments within the Banks?
I have completed an internship in publishing, spent 6 months writing in the arts and culture column of a national newspaper, worked for a public relations consultancy and also completed a 4 week placement in the media relations department of a retail bank.
Therefore am curious to know how one can get into a role within internal communications/media relations.
Your comments and advice would be much appreciated.

i have currently just finished my science degree but am thinking to go into finance. what would be the best route for me to undertake this?

Hi, I've recently finsihed an MSc in Finance and capital markets and i am looking to get into an investment bank. Does anyone know if there are any autum internships going this coming autum in London?

James...it is hard to say, are you filling applications, sending CVs or both?
sometimes small "CV mistakes" make all the difference, if you are still at Uni have a chat with financial module (I assume you may have took some) lecturers if they recommend an order of presentation....try to ask whoever you think can effectively scrutinised the way you are applying....
