Why banking?

Candidate's answer:

It's my sector - I've wanted to join it since I was young. It suits my personality: I like a challenge, innovation, am quick minded, stress-resistant, etc.

Question:

Quantity or quality?

Candidate's answer:

It depends. I tend to focus on quantity. But every situation is different. If I'm working on a project for a manager, quality is important.

Question:

What are your hobbies?

Candidate's answer:

Sailing and swimming. Swimming because it's a sport where I can easily measure my performance and focus entirely on what I'm doing. Sailing because it's a real team sport where you're competing against the environment and not a team of other human beings.
