My assessment wasn't great - at least my boss dredged up a lot of negative things, probably as an excuse to get rid of me as we've been told cuts are being made. Thing is that I'm definitely entitled to fair whack of this year's P&L. Will I be able to demand any of this if I get shown the door before bonuses are announced/paid?
