Invista to expand in the UK
Invista Real Estate Investment Management will spin off from its parent this month in a bid to grow the business. More hires could be on the way.

HBOS-owned fund manager Insight Investment plans to float its 8bn property fund management arm this month on AIM, according to The Independent.
The paper says that Invista hopes to raise more than 100m of new capital from institutional investors, which new chief executive Duncan Owen says the firm intends to use to accelerate the expansion of its continental European business.
