Prudential outsources 450 staff to Capita
Capita Hatshead will see an influx of around 450 life and pensions staff transferred from Prudential UK in Ireland under a 40m outsourcing deal with the firm.
Under the three-year contract Capita will "deliver a range of life and pension sales and administration services."Global Money Management reports.
Silicon.com reports Prudential said earlier this year that it aims to save 150m per year in its UK operations by 2009 as part of a group-wide cost-cutting drive.
