RBC Capital Markets on the lookout for two hires
RBC Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Royal Bank of Canada, has launched a team to focus on small and mid-cap UK companies.
The firm is currently looking to hire two people into sales and research roles, Reuters reports.
Recent hires include team leader Andrew Smith who joins from brokerage Collins Stewart, Martin Eales - also from Collins Stewart, and Mark Naughton from Merrill Lynch.
The bank says the new team will provide corporate finance, sales, research and market-making services to clients that include the natural resources, energy and technology sectors.
